ALFA TRAVEL UPDATE – 22.02.21

Following the government roadmap update today, we will remain closed up to and including 16th May 2021. The safety of our guests and employee owners will always be of utmost importance so whilst we know this is incredibly disappointing, with the Covid-19 vaccination programme now well underway, we continue to look forward to welcoming you all back on holiday soon.

We will be contacting customers who were due to travel between 28th March – 16th May 2021 in date order. We would kindly ask if you can wait for us to make contact with you to go through your options, which include; a full refund, a free transfer to another holiday later in 2021 or alternatively a date in 2022, or a credit note that can be used to book a future holiday departing until the end of 2022*.

Please note that due to the national lockdown, we are currently working with a very limited team and have thousands of customers to contact. Our current office hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. We will do our best to contact customers affected as quickly as possible during these challenging times and thank you for your patience whilst we contact everyone. As the government roadmap highlighted, the outlook is looking increasingly brighter for a gradual move away from Covid restrictions over the coming weeks. We continue to take bookings for holidays departing from 17th May onwards, both online and via our reservations team and are looking forward to re-opening and welcoming you back on board once it is safe to do so.

Terms and Conditions: *If you wish to transfer your cancelled holiday to a later 2021 date or alternatively a date in 2022 any increase in price as a result of the date change will be applicable. Exclusions apply to any customers who were returned home early in March 2020, these customers can transfer to a holiday departing in February or March 2022 only or receive a partial refund, or a partial credit towards another holiday.
