Earlier this year we enlisted the help of a company called Let’s Talk Ageing (LTA) who are a communications specialist that focus on supporting Clients to connect and engage more effectively with the UK’s over 50’s consumer population. Following feedback from the LTA panel, our own customer focus groups and surveys, we have worked hard over the past year to integrate you, our cherished customers, into the heart of our business.
