There is no doubt that 2021 was a difficult year, one that saw many of our employee owners going above and beyond to provide you with memorable holidays after a difficult time for all.  Many of the team went that extra mile to help out their colleagues and make sure that you got the best holidays possible. To recognise these outstanding performances we have introduced ALG Extra Mile Awards.  These awards recognise those that have gone above and beyond and have truly gone that extra mile.

From taking a guest to hospital to avoid a 6 hour wait for a taxi, to jumping in cars and travelling around the country to help teams affected by absences, or providing a truly outstanding level of customer service to our guests, all of our award winners have truly gone that extra mile!
