Postponement

  • If you are unable to travel due to illness, a hospital appointment or jury service for you or your travelling companion, you will be able to transfer your holiday to a later date.
  • If you are unable to travel due to the serious illness or death of an immediate relative or travelling companion, you will be able to transfer your holiday to a later date.

Please note that if your chosen replacement holiday is more expensive, then you will have to pay any difference in cost that is due in comparison to your original holiday. The Alfa Travel Peace of Mind Guarantee is not transferable from your original date, so should you wish to have this on your re-arranged holiday, you would need to add this to your new booking.
