Lyndhurst & Beaulieu
A day in the New Forest, an area of beautiful unspoilt countryside, much of its woodland, with its famous wild ponies. Beaulieu is a fantastic day out for everyone, with its Palace House, historic Abbey, National Motor Museum and gardens which stretch down to the river’s edge.
Weymouth & Portland
We travel to Weymouth to spend the day in this delightful Dorset resort. A lovely curving bay with soft sands, a fascinating harbour with interesting old pubs and cottages, the remains of a Tudor Castle, some engaging architecture, and a variety of shops.
Salisbury & Shaftesbury
Salisbury is best known for having the tallest cathedral spire in England along with a superbly well preserved medieval town plan with many wooden buildings. We then journey past the ancient Stonehenge on our way to Shaftesbury, a famously picturesque village.
Poole Harbour Cruise
Visit Poole – famous for its deep water harbour and historic waterfront, here we take to the waters enjoying a cruise around the harbour seeing the Sandbanks Peninsula, Studland Bay and Brownsea Island – the birthplace of Scouting and Guiding.
Lyndhurst & Southampton
We visit the seafaring city of Southampton with free time to explore this maritime city. The Mayflower, the Queen Mary II and the Titanic all have a place in the city’s history, and the historic port continue to attract fishing fleets, sailing boats and mega cruise ships from across the world.
