TOWN CENTRE

The heart of the town is the harbour which has many shops along its edges. The Metropole Hotel is situated a short uphill walk from the harbour side. The town features a variety of shops, bars, cafes and a wealth of attractions. A variety of boat trips is available in high season.

BEACH & GARDENS

Torbay has excellent bathing beaches at Babbacombe, Torre Abbey and Paignton. Torre Abbey Gardens make a pleasant walk along the seafront from the hotel.

This hotel has one step and with ramp access to the front entrance and there are a number of rooms on the ground floor. The restaurant is situated on the lower ground floor which can be accessed by the lift or by the stairs. Please ensure you submit a special requirements form if you have any mobility difficulties which may affect your holiday.
