YOUR RESORT

The long beach front, historic buildings and range of entertainment facilities make Bridlington an ideal destination. Bridlington Old Town is traditional Yorkshire in a nutshell. Packed with attractive antique shops and restaurants, the Old Town was the setting for 2016’s Dad’s Army film. The delightful mix of brick and stone buildings, colourful shop fronts, popular cafés and individual shops provide a relaxing environment for shopping or strolling. The town’s new leisure centre opened in 2016 with an array of modern facilities. Entertainments and art galleries are housed in the refurbished Spa Centre on the seafront. A network of land-trains transports guests around the town, along the front, and as far afield as Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a delightful stately home owned and managed by East Riding Council.

TOWN CENTRE

In addition to the delightful old town, modern shops are housed in the Promenade centre. At the heart of Bridlington is the Priory Church with its magnificent organ. Weekly markets are held in King Street on Wednesdays and Saturdays, plus Sundays in high season.

BEACH & GARDENS

Bridlington’s South beach is long, wide and golden, extending for miles to the mouth of the Humber. There is a flat, wide promenade with many cafés and traditional beachside shops. North Beach is a clean, wide sand and shingle beach with a flat promenade and panoramic views of Flamborough Head, whose cliffs are a unique nesting site for sea birds including the rare gannet.

ACCOMMODATION

We pride ourselves on delivering consistently high standards throughout our hotels: clean rooms, good quality décor, bright modern bathrooms and attention to the small details that make all the difference to your stay. All hotels have a ballroom or large area for dancing and most have comfortable lounges, sun lounges or games areas where you’re free to while away the hours. Many guest rooms boast fabulous sea views, and all are immaculately presented and provided with an en suite bath or shower & WC, central heating, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and television with radio channels.
