Join us for a spectacular mix of music, pomp and ceremony that is the Edinburgh Tattoo. One of the world’s most spectacular shows, with almost 1’000 musicians, pipers, drummers and dancers perform in front of the magnificent backdrop of Edinburgh Castle. We will stay near the picturesque town of Melrose, located next to the River Tweed at foot of the triple peaks of the Eildon Hills; a distinctive landmark of the Scottish Borders. The area around Melrose is thought to have been inhabited for thousands of years with the Romans arriving in AD79 or 80 and building a fort nearby named Trimontium; 'Place of the Three Hills’. The Three Hills Roman Heritage Centre houses the Trimontium Museum which is dedicated to Roman life in Scotland. Melrose Abbey lies to the North East side of the centre of the town. With an abundance of independent shops and cafes, there is ample things to do whilst visiting this pretty little town.

Reliable Coaches
Most of our holidays are operated by our own fleet of mostly modern Mercedes luxury coaches, all of which have an on board washroom and are air conditioned. We also work with selected third party coach operators who supplement our own fleet during peak periods. The facilities on third party coaches can vary, but the majority have air conditioning. We are members of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and the Coach Tourism Association – bodies established to encourage standards of excellence in our industry.
