Itinerary

Day 1 - Outward Travel - Overnight in North Wales

  • We depart and make our way to North Wales where we stay overnight.

Day 2 - Outward Travel – Holyhead-Dublin with breakfast on board, then via Dublin to Killarney

  • We depart early this morning and make our way to Holyhead for our sailing to Dublin, enjoying breakfast on board. On arrival in Ireland’s capital city, we’ll enjoy some free time to explore – maybe see the sights, hit the shops or head into the colourful district of Temple Bar. Later in the day we’ll continue our journey westwards to reach Killarney.

Day 3 - Full Day Dingle Peninsula

  • Take in the fabulous coastal scenery of the Dingle Peninsula. Expansive beaches, ancient sites and rocky headlands can be admired as we make our way to the colourful harbour town of Dingle. Famed for its hardware pubs, there are also fashion and jewellery shops, fine dining options and some of the best ice cream to be found on the island of Ireland! We’ll also make our way to Slea Head to admire the views of the rugged Blasket Islands, known as the ‘next parish to America’.

Day 4 - Full Day Ring of Kerry

  • A 100-mile scenic spectacular awaits today as we embark on an awe-inspiring excursion around the famous Ring of Kerry. A place where pristine golden sands give way to incredible cliffs and rolling green hills disappear dramatically into sparkling lakes, we are joined by a knowledgeable guide who will tell us the tales and legends of the history, people and landscapes on this wonderful day out. We will skirt Ireland’s highest mountains, pass through Killorglin as well as taking in the incomparable views of Moll’s Gap and Ladies View – do not forget your camera!

Day 5 - Day at Leisure in Killarney including Jaunting Car

  • Today is a day to relax and do as you please in the bustling town of Killarney itself. We’ll transfer you into town which has been popular with visitors for over 250 years, including Queen Victoria and even Thomas Cook! Stroll along the pretty streets that are packed with independent shops, cafes and cosy pubs where you could relax with a pint of the ‘black stuff’ and enjoy the ‘craic’ with the locals! During the day we we’ll also have chance to join a Jaunting Car into the Killarney National Park – a traditional pony & trap ride will take you past the spire of St Mary’s Cathedral, traditional thatched cottages and includes a short stop to discover the rich history of Ross Castle before returning to Killarney.

Day 6 - Return Travel - Dublin to Holyhead and Overnight in North Wales

  • We leave the Emerald Isle behind and sail from Dublin to Holyhead and continue on to our overnight stay in North Wales.

Day 7 - Return Travel
