Itinerary

Day 1 - Outward Travel - Holyhead to Dublin and onto Meath

  • We depart and make our way to the Emerald Isle, sailing from Holyhead to Dublin and continuing onto to Meath where we stay for four nights.

Day 2 - Full Day Dublin including Guided City Tour

  • Today we discover Dublin on a full day excursion as we are joined by an expert guide to take us around the sights. See the famous Ha'Penny Bridge, Trinity College and Guinness Storehouse. There will be some free time in the city to do as you please - perhaps hit the shops on Grafton Street or enjoy a pint of the 'black stuff' in one of the many colourful pubs in the Temple Bar area of the city.

Day 3 - Full Day Wicklow Mountains including Glendalough Visitor Centre & Newbridge Silverware

  • Stretching 23,000 hectares to the south of Dublin, the Wicklow Mountains National Park is the largest National Park Ireland. Outstanding open vistas, with winding roads and fast-flowing streams descend into wooded valleys and deep lakes. We call at the Glendalough Visitor Centre where you can learn all about this hallowed region and the Monastic ruins that lie through the glen. We also call at fascinating Newbridge Silverware - crafters of quality jewellery for almost 100 years.

Day 4 - Full Day Dublin

  • Take a trip into Ireland's bustling capital city with the whole day to do as you please. Perhaps you could visit one of the distilleries or breweries, see the Book of Kells or discover the stories of the people at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum.

Day 5 - Return travel – Dublin-Holyhead with breakfast on board

  • Our adventure in Ireland has sadly come to an end and we depart early this morning making our way to the port for our return sailing to Holyhead and have breakfast on board.

Reliable Coaches

Most of our holidays are operated by our own fleet of mostly modern Mercedes luxury coaches, all of which have an on board washroom and are air conditioned. We also work with selected third party coach operators who supplement our own fleet during peak periods. The facilities on third party coaches can vary, but the majority have air conditioning. We are members of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and the Coach Tourism Association – bodies established to encourage standards of excellence in our industry.
