Special Requests

Special Requests are essentially "wish list" items: we will do our best to satisfy them and to pass them on to the hotel, but they are not essential pre-conditions of the contract between us. You should not assume that they will be met, since there are frequently many clients with the same requests. Typical requests are for a room on a low floor or one in a quiet location or a table for two. They are on the pull down lists in the booking section of this web site and every request of this type which is shown on your Confirmation will be passed on to the hotelier concerned. It often happens that there are far more special requests than can be accommodated in which case we ask hoteliers to satisfy requests so far as possible in order of booking.
