Carew Cheriton Control Tower
The Tower is a real piece if aviation history which played an important part in the defence of the nation, due to the involvement of this airfield in the second world war. The centre houses an interesting museum which tells the story of this installation and others like it during wartime Europe.

Situated just 8 miles from Saundersfoot, Manorbier Castle enjoys a splendid setting, overlooking the beautiful beach and uses life size wax models to bring its history to life. The castle also provided the film location for the 1989 production of ‘The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe‘.

The exhibition rooms provide an insight into the pivotal moments of the Castle’s lifetime, from its establishment in the 11th century to the history of the Pembroke Yeomanry.
